OTHER WORKSHOPS & SEMINAR SERIES: TO BE ANNOUNCED
STEM participation enrichment: With UA Center for Math and Science Education (CMASE), a workshop on demonstration of Genetics and Bioinformatics in Plant Sciences to host 10-12th grade students from underrepresented areas to encourage their interest in science and technology.

1. Michele Juarez, a Science Education Fellow at Howard Hughes Medical Institute, with experience in outreach; supporting initiatives for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practices in STEM education at colleges and universities. He can provide training in plant and animal systems, interests in STEM literacy and mentor the next generation of scientists.
2. Professor Fiona Goggin, a University of Arkansas faculty for Professional Development workshop for graduate students and Post-Docs.
3. Other prominent researchers/speakers for a seminar series on current topics related to project for talks.
OUTREACH TRAINING ACTIVITIES: TO BE ANNOUNCED
1. Year round mentoring High School Students (four) in Phenotyping and Bioinformatics within project research activities.
