BIOINFORMATICS TOOLS DEVELOPED BY THE PEREIRA LAB
Please visit https://plantstress-pereira.uark.edu and http://rrn.uark.edu/shiny/apps/pereiralabepscor/ for detailed descriptions of the software.

RECoN (Rice Environment Coexpression Network) is designed to identify clusters of functionally genes that tightly coexpress in a compendium of abiotic-stress gene expression experiments in rice (https://plantstress-pereira.uark.edu/RECoN/).

StarchNet (Starch gene Network)- These networks are characterized by genetic perturbations such as mutants, natural variants and overexpression genotypes to derive regulatory networks associated to gene function, that are validated by protein-DNA and protein-protein interactions (http://rrn.uark.edu/starchnet/#/).

SANe (Seed Active Network) is a seed-specific module-regulatory network designed to identify clusters of genes that tightly coexpress during the development of Arabidopsis seeds, as well as identify the Transcription Factors (TFs) that functionally regulate these clusters/modules (https://plantstress-pereira.uark.edu/SANe/).
